Terms of Service

Welcome to zWorkers.com. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service (the "Terms"). Please read them carefully before using the website.

Acceptance of Terms

By using zWorkers.com, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use our platform. zWorkers.com reserves the right to update these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly.

Platform Overview

zWorkers.com provides an online marketplace where clients can post micro jobs and freelancers can apply to complete them. Our platform facilitates connections between clients and freelancers but does not directly employ freelancers or manage projects on behalf of clients.

User Accounts

To use certain features of zWorkers.com, you are required to create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information.
  • Keep your account credentials confidential and secure.
  • Be fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

If you suspect unauthorized use of your account, notify zWorkers.com immediately. We are not responsible for any losses or damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account.

User Conduct

All users (clients and freelancers) are expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner. You agree not to:

  • Engage in any fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities.
  • Misrepresent your skills, qualifications, or the scope of work for any project.
  • Post false or misleading information.
  • Harass or discriminate against other users based on race, gender, nationality, or other protected characteristics.

Violating these rules may result in the suspension or termination of your account.

Posting and Applying for Jobs

  • For Clients: Clients may post job listings with clear and detailed instructions, including project scope, deadlines, and budget. Clients must commit to paying the freelancer as agreed once the project is completed to satisfaction.

  • For Freelancers: Freelancers are responsible for delivering high-quality work by the agreed deadlines. Freelancers should only apply for jobs for which they are qualified and capable of completing.

Payments and Fees

  • Clients: Payment for jobs must be made through zWorkers.com's secure payment system. Clients agree to release payment to the freelancer upon satisfactory completion of the job.

  • Freelancers: Freelancers will receive payment once the client approves the work. Payments will be transferred through zWorkers.com's system, and freelancers may be subject to a processing fee.

zWorkers.com reserves the right to charge service fees for transactions made on the platform. These fees may vary based on the type of transaction or service used.

Refunds and Disputes

In case of dissatisfaction or disputes between clients and freelancers, zWorkers.com offers a mediation service (refer to our Refund Policy). Both parties are encouraged to resolve issues through open communication. If unresolved, zWorkers.com will review the situation and make a final decision.

Intellectual Property

  • Clients: You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights associated with the job posted. However, by posting jobs, you grant zWorkers.com the right to use the job content for promotional purposes.

  • Freelancers: Upon completion of a project and receiving payment, freelancers transfer all rights to the work delivered to the client, unless otherwise agreed in the contract.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of any intellectual property (e.g., copyrighted material, trademarks) on zWorkers.com does not infringe on the rights of others.

Confidentiality

All users must respect confidentiality regarding sensitive information exchanged during a project. You agree not to disclose, share, or use confidential information for any purpose outside of the agreed project. Freelancers must not use a client's proprietary information without permission, and vice versa.

Limitation of Liability

While zWorkers.com strives to ensure a smooth experience for users, we are not responsible for:

  • Losses or damages resulting from project delays or cancellations.
  • Disputes between clients and freelancers.
  • Technical issues, platform downtime, or data breaches outside of our control.
  • Inaccurate or misleading information posted by users.

By using zWorkers.com, you acknowledge that your use of the platform is at your own risk.

Termination of Service

zWorkers.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activities, or behavior that negatively impacts the platform or other users. In cases of severe breaches, legal action may be pursued.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country in which zWorkers.com operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the platform must be filed in the courts located in the governing country.

Changes to Terms

zWorkers.com reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes through the platform or by email. Continued use of zWorkers.com after changes have been made constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
